The covered patio
The cabin's 1,000 sq ft covered patio can be enjoyed year-round. It has several seating areas, including a lounge area with a 55" smart TV, an outdoor gas fireplace (seasonal, October 1 to March 31), and a 6-person hot tub.
A few steps down from the deck, you'll find a Weber propane outdoor grill and a custom fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows for s'mores, late-night conversations, and star gazing.
Made for kids
Kids ages 4 to 12 will enjoy the climbing dome and playground or exploring nature with our nature hunt boxes, while the whole family can enjoy a Towerball tournament.
Inside, the bunk room has two bunk beds (4 twin mattresses), a 42" smart TV, a constellation night light, two bean bag chairs, and toys like Lincoln Logs, Little People, LEGO DUPLOS, and children's books for bedtime.
Kitchen, dining and living
The fully equipped kitchen features a large island with bar stools and stainless steel appliances. Coffee lovers get a 12-cup coffeemaker, a grinder, a French press, a Keurig and a Nespresso machine.
The living area centers on a seasonal indoor gas fireplace (October 1 to March 31) and a 65-inch smart TV, with a comfy sectional and chair for everyone to relax, catch up, or play games with the kids. Large windows throughout bring the outside in.

Bunk room
Two bunk beds (4 twin mattresses), 42" smart TV, blackout shade, large closet with a built-in bench, constellation night light, portable fan and a Dohm white noise machine. Top bunks are for children 6 and older only, one child per bunk, with a 100 lb weight limit.
Who can stay
Sleeps up to 8, with a max of 6 adults, or 4 adults if kids are on the reservation. Children under 2 don't count toward occupancy. The limit of 8 includes everyone on the property, day or night, so no day visitors.

Good to know
Booking requirements
A signed rental agreement, a state-issued photo ID, and a $300 security hold are required for all VRBO and direct bookings. The hold is placed 1 day before arrival and released 5 days after checkout if there are no damages. Please review our House Rules before booking.
Check-in and checkout
Check-in is 4 PM and checkout is 11 AM. For direct bookings, early check-in may be available for a fee with 24 hours' notice. Late checkout isn't available.
No pets
No pets or animals of any kind are permitted. Please choose another property if you need to bring an animal. Bringing an animal will result in a $500 fine and eviction without a refund.
Provided for your stay
Shampoo, conditioner and body wash; hair dryer; iron and ironing board; linens and towels; sugar, powdered creamer and teas; olive oil, salt and pepper; dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee filters and laundry pods; and a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, Keurig pods and ground coffee.

Hi, I’m Jamie! My husband and I are native Texans living in Dallas with our two young kids, and we’ve been hosting in Broken Bow since May 2022. We own two cabins side by side in Hickory Ridge: Beyond Pines, a 3-bedroom cabin for families and groups of up to 8, and Copper Haven, built for couples. Book both for groups of up to 12.
